Hello from Cram Osteopaths in Glasgow!  This week, it's International Stress Awareness Week, and we want to address how stress affects our shoulders and posture.
 
Stress can manifest differently in everyone, often leading to poor posture and shoulder tension. If you've ever felt like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, you're not alone. 
 
Here's a quick tip: Use doorways as a cue to improve your posture. Every time you walk through one, straighten up, roll your shoulders back, and stand tall. Give it a try, and share your variations with us!
